Hi, I’m Josh.

I’m a communications professional and aspiring filmmaker based out of Toronto, Ontario, and I want to create art that invokes something special in people.

At a very young age, I was inspired and fell in love with the artistry and storytelling of films. From Harry Potter to Dead Poet’s Society, movies have always been my biggest passion and something I dreamed about having a part in creating. 

To put these dreams into reality, I studied and graduated from Western University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Information and Technoculture, and a certificate in Digital Communications. At Western, I also had the opportunity to lead the largest student-operated video production group, Western TV. Here, I produced and edited videos that generated +500,000 views, interviewed celebrities, and even covered the 2019 Juno Awards. 

Currently working as a freelance videographer and photographer, I’ve spent the last year as the Director of Marketing at a tech startup where I was responsible for executing promotional campaigns, developing content for the app and website, and acting as a liaison for global marketing strategies. 

Looking forward, I am excited to create, collaborate, and inspire others with my art, and I am ready for the next adventure.
